Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MYO Trove, a web application available at myotrove.launchby.ai (the "Service"). The Service is provided by LaunchBy.ai LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("LaunchBy.ai," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

MYO Trove lets a parent or guardian connect a Google Drive folder containing their own backed-up Yoto "Make Your Own" (MYO) playlists and play that audio in a kid-friendly player. MYO Trove reads your chosen folder with read-only access. It does not upload, edit, or delete files in your Google Drive, and it does not store copies of your audio, cover art, or track icons on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

MYO Trove is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Yoto or Google. Yoto and Google Drive are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to connect a Google account, start a trial, or buy a subscription.
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your devices secure.
Children may use the player on a device a parent or guardian has set up. The parent or guardian is responsible for that use.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the audio, images, and other files in your Google Drive. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you play through the Service. You may use MYO Trove only with content you created or are otherwise permitted to use, and only for personal, non-commercial household use. We don't claim any ownership of your content.

4. Free trial

Each Google account may receive one free 14-day trial. The trial begins when you first successfully connect a Google Drive folder. No payment details are needed to start a trial, and you won't be charged when it ends. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Disconnecting and reconnecting Google Drive does not restart a trial.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Plans. MYO Trove is offered as a monthly or annual subscription at the prices shown on our About & Pricing page and at checkout. Prices include any applicable sales tax or VAT.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged at the then-current price, until you cancel.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings in MYO Trove or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. When a refund is issued, the related subscription is canceled and access ends immediately.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it for a limited time. If payment isn't recovered, the subscription ends and access stops.
Price changes. We will tell you before any price change applies to your subscription, and it will take effect no earlier than your next renewal. You may cancel before it applies.
Google Drive disconnection. Disconnecting Google Drive does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately if you no longer want it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service to play or distribute content you don't have the right to use;
attempt to bypass trial, subscription, or access controls, or share accounts outside your household;
interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
copy, resell, or offer the Service to others as a commercial service.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on Google sign-in and Google Drive, and on hosting, database, and payment providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control. If Google changes or restricts Drive access, parts of the Service may stop working. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service working but can't guarantee it.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and can disconnect Google Drive from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every backup format or device.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchBy.ai LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
